Terms  All apartments are subject to a non refundable booking fee. Booking fee and 50% of total booking are held as a deposit The balance of payment is due before arrival and keys will not be handed over untill proof of payment has been received, no exception will be made. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. The apartments are service –with the exception of washing of dishes and personal laundry . Please bring own beach towels  -Toiletries’ are not provided Bath towels are changed twice weekly and linen once a week . Please note that these apartments are governed by strict Body Corporate Rules & Regulations i.e. No animals are allowed into apartments Maximum occupants :  Studio – 2 persons  One bedroom – 2 persons  Two bedrooms -4 persons  Three bedrooms – 6 persons  Four bedrooms – 8 persons Students not accompanied by a parent are unable to occupy the apartments .Anyone not respecting this regulation will be required to vacate immediately with no compensation.
